Welcome to Sell My Books. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Sell My Books mobile application and website.

By accessing or using our application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Sell My Books if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. User Account Eligibility

To list items or communicate with buyers and sellers on Sell My Books, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Book Listings and Content Rules

When posting a book listing, you warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the book or have permission to sell it.
• The book condition description (New, Like New, Good, Fair) is accurate and honest.
• Your listings do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or copyright.
• Your listings do not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to remove any listings or ban accounts that violate these guidelines or receive multiple user complaints.

3. Peer-to-Peer Transactions

Sell My Books acts as a listing platform and community marketplace to facilitate connections between buyers and sellers.

• We are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.
• We do not take physical custody of, inspect, or ship the listed books.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for coordinating meetups, shipping, verify book conditions, and completing payments directly.
• We encourage meeting in public, well-lit spaces for in-person exchanges.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Using automated scripts to scrape listings or scrape user data.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited advertising via in-app chat.
• Listing items other than physical books, textbooks, or literature.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sell My Books is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BitCodeHub — Full-Stack Web, Mobile & AI/ML Agency makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our platform, or from transactions agreed upon through the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
